Exec meetings are held on the second Monday after the full meeting.

On our agenda will be:

· Nominations for each post

· the procedure for members to cast their vote even if unable to attend

· how to accept nominations on the night

· clarification of the Exec's understanding of the Constitution regarding the AGM
