Chipping Sodbury Grammar School Old Pupils Association
Mel Jeffries would like to set up an Old Pupils Association for Chipping Sodbury Grammar School/Chipping Sodbury School. There was a very active Old Pupils Association when he attended the school in the late 1950s/early 1960s! A small group of former pupils could bring this into reality so please let him know, using the email address shown below, if you feel you could help to make this happen. Should there be sufficient interest a meeting will be convened as soon as possible to set things in motion. September 2013 will see the 75th Anniversary of the school on the current site. We had great Reunions to celebrate the 60th anniversary in 1998 and the 65th in 2003. How about another in 2013? Mel looks forward to hearing from the ‘Old Sodburians’: pupil 1956–1963, teacher 1970–2005, governor 2008–2011.

Brimsham Green School and Chipping Sodbury School are proud to present an exhibition of work by their Fine Art A’ Level Students.
This is the fourth year that Yate Heritage Centre has offered the space to exhibit the work of our Linked Sixth Form and we are delighted to have this opportunity once again.
Exhibiting art work in public is an important skill and for many of these young artists this is a new experience.
Work is of a highly personal nature; however, it has been based on the following themes – ‘Contrast and Camouflage’ and ‘Reflections, Distortions and Changes’.
